Recruitbank User Training
Training is provided to your desk when you need it most!
We provide online or telephonic training to new and existing clients who require new or top-up training, all users will benefit from our friendly support.
Training support calls are logged on our Helpdesk and tracked, and you will be helped every step of the way.
We provide training through the following channels:
- The online "how-to's" provide for self help and we provide each client with their own specifically set-up training system, this is where you can 'play' and learn without affecting your live data.
You will find links to training and support from the system for your convenience.
We offer support to all users as part of our service to you. All users have access to the Helpdesk which can be accessed via the Web 24 hours per day. Our standard times for telephonic and e-mail support is during normal working hours Monday-Friday (GMT - replies within one business day).
To open a support inquiry or report a problem, please select one of the support links from within the system.
